Employment Assessment ServicesCOSTI’s Employment Assessment Services assist clients to develop and follow through with a realistic back-to-work action plan. Through an indepth assessment process, Employment Advisors will work with clients to develop a plan which considers current skill sets and experience, additional training needs and other employment supports that will facilitate successful employment. Through the Employment Assessment Services, clients may be referred to various services available in the community and will receive ongoing guidance and support until successful employment is achieved.Services Available
