ASPECTS – Online

COSTI’s ASPECTS – Online (Access to Sector-Specific Professional English Communication and Terminology Skills) is a three-year project designed to assist unemployed and under-employed internationally trained professionals with sector-specific workplace communication training, information and referral, employment advice and peer support, using an online format.

COSTI operates ASPECTS – Online in partnership with OCASI (Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants), and the York Catholic District School Board.

Services Available

  • Workplace terminology and communication curricula for three on-line training courses for internationally trained professionals working in the Accounting, Information Technologies, and Nursing sectors.

    ASPECTS Online courses are currently available for Accountants/Financiers, Nurses/Healthcare Providers, and IT Professionals.

Who is Eligible

ASPECTS Online is available to internationally trained professionals who are unemployed or underemployed, able to communicate in English at an advanced level; and are experienced computer users familiar with the internet
