Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)

COSTI’s Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) program, assists individuals in achieving their academic or professional goals by helping them to develop the skills necessary to achieve a score of 600 or more on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
