Refugee Services
COSTI’s Refugee Services department offers three core programs to support settlement in the Greater Toronto Area and provide comprehensive support for refugees in Canada.
Client Support Services
Supports the integration into Canadian society for government-assisted refugees (GARs) who have transitioned from temporary accommodation and settled in the Greater Toronto Area through client support services.
Hostel Services
Provides temporary shelter and supportive services to refugee claimants, Ukrainian new arrivals and unhoused families, in securing permanent housing
Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP)
Provides government-assisted refugees arriving in Toronto with temporary accommodation, initial settlement services, information, and referral to federal and provincial services, and assists in securing permanent housing.
