From training to goal setting and r\u00e9sum\u00e9 writing to networking and confidence building to connecting to the right employers; COSTI helps newcomers to successfully enter or re-enter the labour market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programs like our Expressway Cybersecurity Bridging program and Pathways to Early Childhood Education help internationally trained newcomers bridge employment gaps. Individuals get help with job search, career planning and employment preparation, and can gain valuable temporary Canadian work experience through mentoring programs for newcomers with professional experience, to reconnect with their careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>COSTI\u2019s Employment Services Division works with individuals to develop career plans, provide networking opportunities and job fairs, and help youth to gain practical experience.
