International Student Connect
International Student Connect (ISC) is a bilingual program designed to identify and develop an appropriate service response to the settlement needs of International Students (IS) pursuing post-secondary education in Ontario.
The program is managed by COSTI Immigrant Services in partnership with Centre de santé communautaire Hamilton/Niagara (CSCHN). ISC is funded by the Government of Ontario.
