Youth Employment Program
The Youth Employment Program is designed to equip young people with the skills, experience, and confidence they need to succeed in today’s workforce. Through job readiness training, career exploration, hands-on work placements, and personalized mentorship, the program helps youth build practical skills while connecting them to meaningful employment opportunities.
Targeted at youth facing barriers to employment—including newcomers, racialized youth, and those with limited work experience—the program offers a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and long-term career success.
By bridging the gap between education and employment, the Youth Employment Program empowers participants to gain valuable work experience, develop transferable skills, and set goals for their future careers.
