Pathways to Possibilities Workshop - Preparing Individuals for Employment Services
Pathways to Possibilities is a pre-employment workshop that empowers job seekers from diverse backgrounds who face personal, social, or structural barriers. Through soft skills training, the workshop helps rebuild confidence, enhance mental well-being, and prepares participants for success in our Employment Services. Pathways to Possibilities shifts mindsets, motivates, and builds practical skills that lay the foundation for long-term empowerment.
A certificate will be provided for those who successfully complete the workshop.
Services Available
Our objective is to support clients from diverse backgrounds in overcoming personal and systemic barriers by developing essential soft skills and fostering motivation to pursue training and employment. Based on community needs, our target groups include, though are not limited to, women, youth, and newcomers. Core program components focus on cultivating a growth mindset, setting goals and action plans, problem-solving, time management, effective communication, healthy habits and wellness, and building self-esteem and confidence. These efforts are tailored to meet the unique needs of our participants, ensuring they are well prepared to integrate into our employment services for continued support and to achieve lasting success in the Canadian workforce.
This program is available at no cost to candidates.
Who is Eligible
- Residents of Toronto
- Legal working age
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Currently unemployed or underemployed
- Available to attend the 2-week workshop
Transportation subsidy available for qualified applicants
Times
2-week program from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
