Hostel Services
COSTI’s Hostel Services program provides temporary accommodation, initial settlement services and support during the refugee claimant process for refugee claimants in the City of Toronto. Clients are referred to COSTI from the City of Toronto’s Shelter, Support and Housing Administration.
Services Available
- Information on the refugee claimant process.
- Referral to Ontario Works and Legal Aid Ontario.
- Assistance with housing search.
- Referral to community settlement services.
Services are available in Amharic, Arabic, Dari, English, Farsi, French, Kurdish, Tigrinya and Urdu.
Who is Eligible
Services are available to refugee claimants referred through the City of Toronto’s Central Intake, Shelters.
COSTI's Hostel Services program is funded by the City of Toronto.
