Access:
COSTI provides English language training as well as Enhanced Language Training for Internationally Trained Professionals at Welcome Centre Immigrant Services in Richmond Hill. Childminding services are also provided to eligible participants who attend these training programs as well as other services at the centre.
COSTI also provides settlement services at this location with a focus on youth who are permanent residents of Canada, landed immigrants, convention refugees, Minister's Permit holders, or refugee claimants approved by Citizenship Immigration and Canada. Youth between the ages of 13 and 24 are welcome to participate.
Through a partnership of agencies, one-stop service is available to residents of York Region at Welcome Centre Immigrant Services. Services include: settlement and integration services; language training and enhanced language training for internationally trained professionals; accreditation and qualification assistance, and employment supports.
