Housing Access
COSTI's housing workers work with people at the top of the waiting list to access and secure affordable market rent housing or subsidized housing.

Services Available
- Housing First case management and advocacy
- Help with accessing market rent units
- Liaison with Toronto Community Housing offices
- Access to first and last month rent through COSTI’s Rent Bank Program or referrals to the Housing Stabilization Fund.
Staff at this location speak: Albanian, Arabic, Farsi, French, Greek, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Twi, Russian and Spanish. Other languages may be made available upon request.
Who is Eligible
Services are available to anyone residing in the North York area who is under-housed, at risk of becoming homeless and/or who faces cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic barriers to suitable housing.
Program Intake
Drop-In Hours Monday to Friday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
