The Smart Serve Certification is designed for anyone who wants to serve, sell or handle alcohol in Ontario. Upon successful completion of the online training, you will receive an activation token to write the exam. Employment services:

- Signs of intoxication
- Forms of identification
- Prevention and intervention techniques
Who is Eligible
- 18 years or older
- Resident of Ontario
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Must provide a valid Government issued Photo ID before taking the exam
- Need stable connection to internet and working web cam
- Computer literate
